Use this time as practice. Get a good solid two years of talking to girls and you'll be ready for college.

Be masculine. Talk to women like a man. Don't be timid and don't be "her friend". If you like them, have them think of you as the guy they would like to go on a date with. Look her in the eye and let her know that you are there to be her potential date, not her friend.
Don't worry if she likes you or not. The name of the game is respect first, then get her to like you. This concept may seem weird as a young person but as you get older, respect will mean more to you than being accepted. When you start living by your own rules and command respect, you may notice the college girls trying to talk to you because you seem so mature.
Each rejection is practice, not the end of the world. For every rejection you get, you learn how to interact with females better. You may be struggling in high school but once you go to college, you'll be ahead of the curve.
