The best thing I can tell you is to build a relationship with the girls that come in regularly. After you do that, they might want to hang out with you. Good relationships take time.

At a coffee shop near work I REGULARLY see this one barista getting girls contact. Like multiple per day. He’s not that good looking and he’s a little overweight but he owns his knowledge about coffee and girls that desperately want to feel trendy or hip seem to take a liking to it. He also has a side hustle where he roasts beans so he talks about his business. His roastery has an Instagram account so he gets them to follow his business or vice versa and since it’s about coffee is plausible deniability.

I think it’s definitely possible.

I'd like the answer to this question myself. I've been bartending on/off for a couple years and I've definitely had instances where girls were EOI's etc. but in all the places I've worked I've never been given shifts where I can just casually chat away. There's always another customer that needs a drink, a tray of glasses to clean, a counter to wipe. I can't just ignore my work to chat up some hot girl.
