She seemed actually really interested in me. I was pretty blatant with her and mentioned how we should go to my place. We ended up just exchanging information.

She liked you initially and she thought you were cool.

We went met up at a bar a week later and pretty much just hopped from bar to bar. She even drank out of my cup once. We ended up parting ways that night. I'm an introvert, so i didn't say much. She mentions about an event going on the next day.

Your value dropped here a lot. Basically, you were not the cool guy she met few days ago. She saw through you. You have to go on 100s of dates like this and improve your skills. Basically, you have to be this cool guy everyone likes and loves.

Anyways, I text her about that event the next day. Her replies are very short, so i take it as her not being interested.

Yes and no! First of all, as i said your value went down a lot! Now you are fighting an uphill battle. That being said, she is still replying to your messages. She is still investing in you. But, I really don't think you have the skills to turn this around.

I see her later that same nigh, but I fuck up. She didn't immediately see me. I just walk past her and go to the rest room (she wasn't looking at me). When i leave the restroom, i did the same. I just walked past without looking. I just took it as she wasn't that interested. I fucked up...

Few things are going on here. First of all, your anxiety and your ego is at play here. You were nervous because you had so much shit about this girl going on in your mind. Then, you did not want to risk losing everything, then you started by playing around. This is very bad. It shows that you have so many problems in your mind, you can not even go for what you want. I strongly suggest you to read and watch some inner game books/videos/seminars/etc. (But, don't you fucking ever take a bootcamp)

What should i do now? She was pretty interested. I wanted her to like me more. Should i text her something now or wait?

Yes she was very interested at the beginning. Then, she realized you are not what she thought you were. So, she is not interested anymore. I think you should text this girl, not because you will win her over, just to burn every bridge you have with this girl and move on. If the situation is as bad as you say it is, then I don't have any suggestions to make. This is not a simple text her X and she will come over thing

You have to fix few things in your life:

Get confident. In every single paragraph you talk shit about your self. This shows lack of self value. You do not value your self much. There are two paths to having self respect. 1st read lots of book about being confident, having self esteem, etc. The other path is to start working on who you want to be. Who do you want to be? Start working to become that guy (workout, take acting classes, invest money, learn new skill, etc)
Go out and practice more. I can clearly tell you that this girl has special place in your heart, not because she is special, but because you don't have anyone else in your life. You have to practice more and meet more girls like this.

She expected you to make some sort of move or overture that you wanted to see her again. You showed little or no enthusiasm, she took it as an insult and she no longer is interested in a guy who doesn't value her at all. You screwed up.
