Where? everywhere and all around you man. College town is almost the perfect place too. As far as what would be ideal? that depends on you and your personality. what is the caliber of woman your looking for? the places of interest that you frequent? The gym, local library, mom and pop burrito place? etc. what matters is are you building and living a life you love to live. and in that, the places you go will have the caliber of women to fit that place. You also said "good" girls...that description is subjective. What's good to you isnt to someone else. Start with knowing what you want because it adds value towards moving in the direction you want to move in. women will cross that path naturally. and it will be the caliber of woman you are looking for. Once you get yourself in a position to know women are crossing your path, then you can move on to interacting with and attracting them. logical progression. best of luck my dude

Five things you might try to change things up:

Hash runs. Trail running + beer + fit people = win
Couchsurfing meets. Hang with travelers and people who like to be around travelers.
Social partner dancing. Salsa, Tango, Lindy hop, West coast swing, etc. You really can't go wrong. Learn something fun and have an excuse to be close to a girl in a fun and non-threatening way. Also, you're going to learn how to get comfortable being in close and touching a girl and learning how to know when and how they like being touched.
Join a college club for something you're interested in. Colleges always have tons of social things going on, on campus.
