I made it half way through that...
You need to get out of your head and make a move, if they let you take their pants off yeah they are probably into you

I had several interactions where i suspected that there were attraction but I am never sure and I think that i often see things that arent there.
You are overthinking. It's hard to get out of your head, i know, but it's blocking you. Next time you interact with a girl, keep the mindset of "how could she resist me? I am attractive as can be!". If you are wrong, well, no problem, you were wrong, but it doesn't change that "i am attractive". This helps you to let loose and go for what you want, and this on the other hand is way more attractive than being scared of making a move.

I have a problem that i dont really know if a woman is into me.
No. Your problem is basic. It's confidence. You are mentioning MORE than enough and noticing more than enough, that it seems clear, you are more than capable of interacting with women well enough to get somewhere with them.
You are just choosing to doubt yourself instead. This is your choice. It's not about "how to tell." With your current attitude, it's clear that girls could make shit really obvious and you're just going to chase them away.

Thanks for the answer. I guess you are right. I am an extremly anxious person inside. But on the outside I fake confidence ('faking' good posture, talking loud, talk like i know stuff but in reallity I don't know anything etc.). I just don't know how to get over it...

Well, no one gets over it 100%. But that's FINE. A lot of people you know who may seem confident at times, will have their moments of doubt also.
The important thing is to work on your inner narrative. (What I mean by this is the main focus of the thoughts in your head. Some people have a narrative that they suck balls. Some have a narrative that they're awesome. Some are in-between.)
Focus on the victories and take solace in the ways that you are winning, even if they're small victories at times. When you're tested and don't crumble, that's big. If you fall, just get up. Getting up is strength, also.
It's from those things that you can find confidence. I used to have a really low opinion of myself. Then I focused things I was doing right. Ways I was holding up under adversity. It took a while but I reached a point where I could say to myself, "I've been through things that not everyone could get through. I'm doing things not everyone can."
Having little nuggets like that are big.
