bruh, i probably would of done the same shit. I had 4 of my wisdom teeth removed a few years back and the shit was painful and uncomfortable. also, suction from the kiss would have a chance at dislodging the blodclot in the empty sockets so you did the right thing, or you would have to get further work done. Just go up to her and say some shit like,

"Hey I ran into you at the club last night right? ahha i was so drunk i can barely remember, trying to get my mind off the pain from getting my wisdom teeth pulled haha, -she responds- I never knew you were the type of girl to let it loose and have fun in clubs and shit, -she responds- you seem like a pretty cool girl, why dont you give me your number and we can go for some drinks and hang out sometime. hand her your phone already open,

make sure to pause and talk slow and casually/confidently. not make it like a rehearsed line, oh and say "uhh" a few times, to further emphasize your comfortableness around women

thats the best I got dude, good luck. You got to ask her out now or it will be awkward af, and most likely you have 0% chance of rejection if you play it cool and laugh like you can barely remember the night shit fucked up.
