Yea very effective, it improved my confindece in apporach, most people love doing it. I got few rejections, they sometimes think you are doing a school project. Tip is to always try to push a bit of fear more and more you do it. At one point you will not need even paper.Trust me because of it, getting into game was easy because I was doing this for months. Learn social circle game, become friends with the guys and girls who party a lot, and get laid that way. I wouldn't recommend going out approaching at your age, it's much better to learn how to operate social circle and build your self esteem that way.

yeah I started game young, but I neglected my social circle. If there is one thing I regret it's that. While you're young and here, take it in. Your social circle could be the thing that gives you a fuck load more sex than guys out their approaching. And while you're in school/uni is the perfect time to work on social circle. Girls in your social circle will trust you more, since they know you, then all you gotta do is attract them by having some balls, and get alone with them to hook up. Real easy. Drunk parties make it even easier.
It makes perfect since because social circle game Can be carried over to College and you'll crush it.

Awwh, another guy who's 17! We are the same age, mate. Brianbria is right, go find social circles and work as much as possible on your inner game, it is key. Work on other things like posture and voice, it will be harder to fix them later.

That's what I'm working on rn! I got my posture down but for my voice I probably gonna need to watch a few diaphragm exercise videos. Nice to not be the only 17 yo lol!

Is there a program that helps with tonality? The only program I currently got is the natural by RsdMax. I have been looking at Luke's programs since he seems to be a master of social circle game

Yes, it is about posture, voice and verbal game.
Max gives you really good advice, but the Natural is quite useless if you don't go out. Which is difficult as fuck for me for example, because I live in a village half an hour from the town where my high-school is. Only things that helped me were inner game advice and what he says about verbal game. If you want to ask me anything, you can feel free to pm me.
