Go to parties anyway. If someone asks you why you're not drinking, say you're the dd. You don't have to drink just because other people tell you to.

A friend of mine who is like you would go to parties and bring alcohol free beer. He would walk around and talk while holding it. No one asked any questions.

Of course, don't be that guy and chat up girls that are clearly wasted. At least don't try to bring them back with you.

I have never had an issue with this and I hate alcohol too. I just have fun and dress my best. I try to make eye contact with a few cute girls and usually I pull one .

Don't drink. I don't drink either. You'll also find hanging out with people that do is really fucking boring. They use alcohol as a crutch to subdue their social anxiety. I used to drink, but only to dumb myself down enough to tolerate people. I've recently just started hanging out with more interesting people.
