NLP is a very useful skill in life in general. It can help you become a better communicator it can help you know when someone is lying or telling you a half truth. Or to know when someone emotions contradict their words.

Can it be helpful in PU? Yes, anchors work. (If you don’t know what that means you will once you learn about it)

She gives you those puppy dog eyes, you anchor. Do this consistently and after a few times the anchor is set and every time you make that gesture or sound boom there’s the puppy dog eyes again.

I did this to my supervisor at work, one day after performing particularly well she pulled me aside and was telling me how great I’m doing and how happy she was with my performance at work. I clicked my pen every time she said something positive about me. Whenever I click my pen when speaking to her I get a “good job” or something of the sort.

Cheap book on Amazon:

NLP The Essential Guide. I'm reading the kindle version on my phone. It is easy to follow but lengthy. I really recommend it.

I read also "Manipulation, proven persuasion techniques to influence people with NLP" and it was a dud in my opinion. Not much substance. Didn't tell you how to learn NLP.

Also, Tony Robbins uses NLP in a lot of his personal growth materials & seminars. His book Awaken The Giant Within touches on some of it, but is much more about transforming your whole life, not just dating. High recommend it also.

If you are thinking about learning NLP for getting good with women, broaden your goals and get fucking good in every aspect of your life. Earn more money, get in better shape, build discipline, build a business, control your mind/emotion, become wealthy.

A quote I loved talked about becoming a millionaire. It was "The most valuable aspect of becoming a millionaire is the man you become on the journey to making a million dollars."

It takes discipline and determination in all areas of your life that 99% of others will never have. Why build that discipline just for picking up women?

You can give a $1M to any random person, and they'll blow it within 2 years, because they have not become the type of person worthy of having a million dollars.
