If she apologized and you were still interested, why didn't you ask her out again? Why play all these games?

She could have said no or ignored you and you could have moved on. Or she could have said yes and the two of you could be sleeping together by now.

I think you should ask her out again. I don't know if she'll say yes since you've been acting like such a weirdo around her (all the staring but not talking to her, so creepy) and the fact that you have other women with you. But at least you'll get your answer and you can move on in some direction.
