One of my roommates is moving out soon.

Tomorrow we have a meeting with potential new roommates. Two guys, one girl (yes I know, girls suck as roommates - but we don't want just two guys to choose from).

Other roommate is beta as fuck, but pulls his weight. Nice guy.

We have a couple of hours to chat with them, at the same time. What are some useful tricks and questions to determine that they are not omegas, drama queens, don't pull their weight or make a mess of their rooms?
