Couple of things here.

For one, you are never going to meet someone who fits exactly every single thing that you want out of a woman, and if you do, eventually you will find something that is less than flawless. Nobody's perfect.

Secondly it's not fair to the next woman if she is constantly being compared to in your mind to your ex. That in itself is setting yourself up for failure.

My advice would be to pay less attention to your standards and pay more attention to the woman in front of you. She may have something to offer that you never considered and will eventually exceed your standards.

I've got a new rule I call "cute enough", that is, if I meet a woman that is cute enough that if I ended up in bed with her, I wouldn't be ashamed later. Doesn't mean she has to be hot, just cute. Then, spend some time getting to know her. I'm coming off a long dry spell and to be honest, mostly practicing and refining skills, focusing on giving them a great time. I'm finding that the ones that are cute enough, start becoming interesting from their personality and experiences and we have a really fun time. I also focus on making sure they are having fun.

BTW, it's easier to actually seduce someone that is not so hot that you're intimated. And just like anything else you practice, it becomes more natural.
