It's a stupid word that people need to stop using. Go up and chat. Treat her like a person (women like that) and take it one step at a time. Get to know her a bit then ask her out for coffee.

Honestly it's very difficult to get a specific girl, for example I can sleep with women easily, but picking out a specific girl a like or have a crush on is very tricky.

Is she in your social circle, if so, things become very tricky, your ability to date will depend on your reputation , far easier to make a move outside your circle

DM her with some humour such as:

"Hey HB, been wanting to get at you, but figured you must be busy with stalkers, secret admirers, groupies, and fans."

She'll LOL and you can then escalate, neg, and set up a Day1 (date) with little to no effort on your part as you'll have opened her differently than 99% of chodes out there.
