As for #2, unmatch them and don't look back. If you're not interested in dealing with their "loneliness of whatever" then don't even bother putting in the effort. If it's not something you can handle or want to pursue, then you don't have to. Don't lead them on. It wastes your time and theirs.

Well if your main problem is you don't know if they will go directly to your apartment then that's an easy fix. Invite them to some local park, cafe, bar very close to your place. If things go well then just casually walk her to your home, she will get the idea quick.

The best way to have a clear conscious about lonely girls is to make it very verbally clear at some point that you are not looking for a long term partner. Make sure you say this before sex obviously or you will hurt feelings
