She rejected sexual advances from some random guy on instagram that just followed her but that she doesn't know, so that means she's not allowed to sleep with anyone?

This should indicate that she clearly was willing to sleep with someone, just not with you. Either due to how you approached her, what you communicated, how you behaved, or maybe just because you were one of hundreds of dudes soliciting for her hookups. Take that as an indication on things to improve.
