I think I lost my ability to communicate with the opposite sex , I mean the last months I can’t seduce any woman to have sex or any kind of relationship. I think that’s because I’m very shy and closedown, what do you propose to do and try ? I don’t want this to continue so I’m desperate for help and asking for advice .
