A topic I do not see often touched within the pickup community is the topic of integrating daygame and nightgame into one's lifestyle. Through the time I have been immersed in the community, I have seen an overemphasis on creating lifestyle geared towards paint by the numbers one night stand pickup (most often in the form of nightgame) where going out 5 nights a week is the norm. From my perspective, it is extremely important to establish clear boundaries with pickup itself, as one would with friends, relationships and other interpersonal interactions. And by this, I am referring to such examples as knowing firmly (especially if you are aspiring freelancer and entrepreneur) when are the inappropriate times to go out because you are working on huge project, or knowing when retire from going to certain night time venues because you are concerned about meeting quality women.
As someone who is studying music in university and working the gnarly ropes of monetizing that field of study into a freelancing career, I have become increasingly knit-picky and pedantic about how I spend the leisure time I allocate myself. An observation I have made over the past year for myself is that quality > quantity once you have amassed a good deal of reference experiences in pickup and you are certain about the specific types of women you want to attract and relate to. Recalling from my reference experiences, I relate best to women who are older (sometimes closer to my age), mature, pursue some form of creative or artistic interest and are generally expansive and worldly in their personalities. I do not relate well to 18-21 year old party girls, most of whom I do not find attractive. It is for this reason, that I am choosing to opt out of certain nightgame venues and focusing on the day time and night time venues where I am interacting quality women. My major as a classical cello performance major requires that I practice for at least 3-4 hours per day, on top of composing, rehearsals, classes and going to the gym. This is the configuration of my life could very well change over the next year, yet this is what I want to explore at this given point in time.
So what is my message? If you are new to pickup or you are not at ease approaching women, you indeed require a good deal of immersion. However, allocate a grace period allowing you to learn the fundamental skillsets, setting aside large blocks of time to daygame and nightgame. Then start integrating it into your daily life (in the form of daygame). If you are well experienced and are reorienting your focus towards meeting quality women, as opposed to mass approaching and playing the massive numbers game, then lose the multiple marathon daygame and nightgame sessions. If you are serious about working as a professional musician, painter, sculptor, designer, writer, entrepreneur or any kind of freelancer, you need to be extremely disciplined with the way you spend your time. You need to find and subscribe to the coaches that you best resonate with, find wing who you are the most compatible with and working to game in the most efficient means possible to attain the sex and relationships you want. For me this means forgoing watching RSD simply because I do not have the time for long arsed videos, or forgoing watching RSDLuke because building social circles to specifically game is irrelevant to my lifestyle.
Pickup enabled me to improve the overall scope of my lifestyle from conversational skills to driving to time management skills. I hope it it and has been doing the same for all of you.
