Work on your aperiance(Get a nice haircut, lift some iron, have a good hygiene, dress like a man and not by trends)
Always have a smile in your face
Have confident eye contact

Do this and start going to talk to girl and get rejected a couple of times, rejection is what improve the game

Are you approaching girls or by lack of attention do you mean they areny coming on to you? You have to give attention to get attention so go approach a couple.

This question has 2 parts. To get girls to notice you - lift heavy, play sports, get fit. To improve your game - approach, fail, learn from your mistakes and try again. Your fitness will leverage your game, girls will tolerate/forgive more of your game mistakes. As for the game itself, only practice will improve the it.

I don't want to give advice that may lead to an addiction, but you need to go get drunk. And by that I mean it is very easy to have a lot of sex by picking up a mild alcoholic habit. Go get yourself a fake ID so you can buy alcohol, just having one is bound to attract girls. Then as you get experience under your belt, you will be able to pick and choose the girls you want to sleep with.

Use that to your advantage and go have some fun!

Obviously, try to control yourself when you are drunk, but if everyone around is drinking and having a good time, then things with girls are bound to happen. And hell, alcohol is also an honesty serum, so girls around you may be more open to having a good time with you.

And also: you do not want to be "out there". Be the guy that gets laid, but doesn't tell. Don't even tell your guy friends. Nobody likes someone who will kiss and tell.
