Don't tell her how you feel, that will only kill whatever sexual tension you have going on there. Confessing is more for high school kids, you are adults like you said. Just try to escalate, get a little more personal and touchy feely. But, please don't confess, what are you expecting her to say? "I like you too, let's fuck?"
