It could be a variety of things that aren't necessarily in your control.
Firstly, location seems to be an issue. Cars and hotels are temporary solutions. Not exactly suitable for a long distance, fwb relationship.

Yeah that all makes sense. I'll stop all texting and snapchatting. I was thinking about contacting her next week to see if she wanted to come here for something that is sort of a common interest, but that might be too soon? Might be too soon. You can try, just don't be upset if she declines.
Those kind of chicks, man. Sometimes you'll see her 4-5 times a month. Sometimes you won't see her for 6 months.

Hooking up in a car, not very romantic. You really should not bail on a woman right after sex. It doesn't give her any incentive to hang out with you if she knows you are just there to get the goods and leave.
