What IF she's just saying that because she's been conditioned to be ashamed of wanting sex? Wouldn't seducing her be the respectful thing to do?

edit: Also, just want to add that I seriously f'ed up by assuming the chick I was dating wanted a relationship, and in my mind I had made up that I can't go through with sex if she's gonna want something serious. So I didn't smash, and she cut me off. Could've been different.
