Slowly work your way up my friend. Ask her about the homework, if she sucks at math help tutor her. It will give you a chance to be 1 on 1 alone and get to know her better without her friend around. If you suck at math vice versa. When you get to chat her up more the ask her out. This way she won't feel pressured too much and she'll most likely go out with you because she knows you better.
