Reply to her story or send a photo of preferably a recent post that you just liked and put something complimenting her that’s not her looks. Something like what she wearing, make up or something interesting in the background. Depending on her reply assess whether its appropriate to then compliment her looks by adding on. If she’s responsive giving a positive vibe this is the time for this. If she’s not, dead the conversation

Best practice in instances such as this I have found is to be non-needy or creepy by commenting (in a funny, cheeky way) on 1 out of every 5 or so of her posts...this will keep you on her proverbial radar.

After 2-3 months of this (all the while you're gaming other girls of course) send her a DM saying something to the effect of "hey, noticed something about your last pic but don't know if I should say anything"

This will stand out and pique her interest as person below stated while undoubtedly securing a response out of sheer curiosity on her part, then up to you to keep the convo flowing and charm her pants off;)
