To be honest I kind of see this situation as a bit of a self fulfilling prophecy. You are worried about the fact that she only sees you as a source of business advice. Normally this isn't anything bad, but in your context it could be puzzling to her because you kissed her were chilling in her hotel room, and then backed off because you didn't want to "be sleazy". Then you proceeded to give her actual business advice to her about her business venture. If I were her I would be thinking you are more interested in simply being friends and aren't sure about how you feel about her sexually.

You are in luck because your situation is easily rectifiable, but only if you do one of two things.

First off, you need to get over this mindset that the act of having sex on a first date is sleazy. There is nothing sleazy about sex between two people who are both feeling it. It doesn't matter if its after 2 hours or 2 months, if shes feeling it its not sleazy and you shouldn't be hesitant to make a move due to feeling sleazy. She had you hanging out in a hotel room she paid for, my guess was if you made a move she'd have been down. One way you can rectify this is to invite her out on a similar get together and then actually make the move.

Your other option is to use her business venture as a bonding experience. It seems like she is a genuinely smart interesting girl and you could use this opportunity to learn more about her before making the move.

As you see the key to this is you eventually have to simply get her in bed. Preferably sooner rather than later. If you do decide to go with option 2 I would personally go no more than 2 get togethers before you made a move
