Hey guys,
I've discussed some of the ideas of TRP with my sister and father just to get their take on things because if anything I still believe your family has your best interests at heart. My sister seems to think TRP sounds like something that is unhealthy for me. She thinks that is making me into someone I'm not and I tried discussing "fake it til you make it" with her which she seems to pretty strenuously disagree with. My father seems to agree with a lot of the TRP I've presented even though he's pretty blue pill himself.
I even tried talking about how the sub encourages positive change in the form of improving your body, career prospects, and self image and my sister still is pretty against it.
I've read other posts that say women typically shaming you for making these improvements is a good thing because men catching on to the fact that improving themselves gives them power in intergender relations is threatening to their status and power. Is this the frame of mind I should proceed with and just focus on self improvement / Monk Mode?
