Move on to different girls, keep living. Maybe she will come back, maybe she wont. Either way - you have your life.

She's using you for validation/attention seeking. If she likes you she will reach out. You have to stay firm as a man, if you keep persuing her and she has no interest then she will most likely become even more distant. This is also seen as needy. Never bend over backwards for a girl unless she's your significant other. And don't put her on a pedestal.

I had this same thing happen to me with a guy (I'm a girl). We hung out, and he says he enjoys my company; yet he won't ask me out.

Actions speak louder than words. As efadrine said, move on with your life and if she comes back to you, it's your choice whether you want her or not.
