(19M) There's this girl at my job who I talk to when we work together. She has always been attractive to me but lately, she just seems to be so much more attractive. It's like she went from a 7/10 to a 9.5/10. Yesterday, I worked with her and decided to have a little bit of fun but not take things too serious.

So, I told her, "Why do you always looks so attractive?" and she said "I don't know." At this point, I felt that I didn't grab her interest, so I was going to stop. But, I noticed she kept talking to me alot and being more touchy than usual. I decided to flirt some more at this point. Note that earlier I joked that she reminded me of a cat. Later that day, she said to me "I can't believe you said that I remind you of a cat." I said, "Why?" She said, "Because cats are mean." I responded, "I think cats are cute." She blushed and smiled. I decided to go for one last move for the day. I walked up to her and said "Alright, so i'm off on Wednesday and Sunday. Just letting you know so that you know when to take me out for our first date." She seemed to blush and then say "Oh so i can take YOU out?" and laughed. I also want to note that she changed out of her work uniform before leaving work after I said this (It was right before she left.) She was wearing leggings and a t-shirt. I don't know if she did it for me considering it seems like a reach, but she has never done it before.

So, my question is: What should I do now? It seems like I should just ask for her number, but every-time i get a girls' number, we can never work out any times to meet up with each-other. Perhaps I should ask her on a date and then ask for her number? i.e. "Hey, how about I take you out to eat on Friday?" and if she accepts I give her my number. Or should I just keep flirting so that i'm completely sure she's interested?
