Yeah you're just overthinking it bud. Just say something along the lines of "Hey! Had a great time talking the other day. We should get together and catch up some more. I know this great bar in town that we could go to Saturday."

She'll either respond and you act accordingly or she won't and that's the end of it. Hate to say it but if she doesn't respond then she doesn't like you and was just being friendly in person. It sucks because she may be your type, but you're not hers. You'll find another girl if you keep putting yourself out there though. :)
