How is dating in Europe different than dating and hooking up in America?

Not really sure as I've been out of the game a long time.

In any major city or town in Europe the vast majority of girls 18-40 will speak pretty good English. That's your angle because they love to practice English.

It depends on the country you are thinking of going. For example, I've heard in Czechia, girls tend to have a sweet spot for American boys so it could be easier there than in say Albania, where a girl has 11 brothers and you have to make sure you don't hurt her feelings. I joke of course, but I hope you get my point.
