She wanted to make sure that you didn't start to think you were going to be sexing her up but she likes your time and attention. You went away after the LJBF speech so she reached out to gain her orbiter back again.

So here is the deal....you have nothing to lose by trying to make a move on her because you two are not in the same place attraction wise along with the fact that you don't really want her around as just a friend so take your shot but I would do it early in the meetup....a kiss on the forehead or cheek after the hug, then gauge her reaction because I suspect she is going to start into the "I just want to be friends" again but who knows more than one girls has turned after a smoldering kiss changed their emotions.

It isn't like she is a lifelong, deep friend whose friendship you would hate losing because of misplaced attraction. This is a girl who you are only really interested in having in your life if she is sexing you up as part of the deal.

She just wants to chill and fuck. If you can make her perceive you won't be clingy, needy and want a relationship after you kiss then you can fuck her and just hang out .. for however long this lasts
