Talk to them the same way you'd talk to a guy at a party when first meeting.

Find a common interest, talk about that for a bit then go grab a drink and talk some more in a place thats quieter. It's never too quick to grind with a girl, if she's into you.

This might sound wierd but I memorized a list of very interesting questions that lead into topics. I hardly ever even ask questions but everynow and then I catch myself going blank and Im like clutch. "If there's anywhere in the world you could go tomorrow where would you go?"

I just tell stories. Im at a party ok. Whats the first party you went to with alcohol? Share stories. Then share stories off of that story. You got drunk? I remember this one time I got drunk. Jose quervo? Thst reminds me of this time in Cancun. Beach? I went to the beach this one time and bla bla bla.

Talk about fun experiences and then move around with her. Say you are going to be my girlfriend for the next 20 min. Introduce her to other friends as your girlfriend. Keep that role play going. Look up the question game and play that when you get lost.
