If old people look at you it's because that's pretty much what they always do. They're not going to be telling you off for not knowing how to dance.

Saw the video you posted, I don't see much difficulty in that traditional sort of dance since all I saw is people holding hands in a circle and hopping. If you have difficulty with that all you need to do is just follow the people next to you.

If you need to feel more confident then just Google some basic dance moves to boost your repertoire.

The biggest thing to remember is #no one actually cares if you can dance or not.

There are two types of people on a dance floor: the ones enjoying thenselves (whether they are good at dancing or not is irrelevant) and people who are self conscious and not enjoying themselves. People like feeling at ease. If you are awkward people will know and everything becomes more awkward. Just enjoy yourself, and if you look silly dancing then just laugh about how bad a dancer you are. People will laugh along with you (not at you) and carry on with their day having a good time. People like being around people who are enjoying themselves, whether they can do technically difficult dancing is wholly irrelevant!

I can’t dance either. It’s all about confidence man. If you have shitty moves, own it. I’ve gotten tons of girls to laugh at me just because my dance moves are hilariously bad. Don’t beat yourself up about it and just be you.

I used to care alot what others think before as I didn t know how to dance (or thought so) and that kind of is a turnoff for others. People will sense that vibe from you. over the past 4years of clubbing I have noticed how others dance and put that info I picked up into action. Can’t say I was disappointed. Observe and put into action. And don’t think about what you think people say about you. They probably don t even notice what you do unless you re being flashy about it.
