Use texting to arrange logistics. If you live in the same city, ideal case scenario you want to be talking to her in person. If she's not responding quickly either 1) she's genuinely doing something else (e.g. on a date with someone else at that time, at the gym, etc.), 2) she's trying to play the game, or 3) you're not on top of her priority list so she doesn't care too much whether she replies quickly or not. As a female who's a lousy texter, for me it's usually a combination of 1) and 3). That being said, I try to keep text as minimal as possible and use it to arrange actual meetings.
