Cashiers are easy to talk to, easier than any girl you meet in day game.

My personal rule: Comment on a observation i made. Once i said to a girl "damn your hair is amazing!" she actually had amazing beautiful curly hair, and she was very flattered, and bam. Ice was broken.

Another time the girl was really anxious where she left her phone when standing up from her workplace, she was asking her colleagues and the security guy. She found it while i was waiting to pay my stuff. I said "That is why i always have my phone with me, wherever i go. You should really take more care of it..." sounds stupid, right? We are now talking regularly when i buy my groceries.

Sometimes even smalltalk will do the trick until you find the point where you can add humor to the conversation. By doing this, i connect with almost everyone working in restaurants, supermarkets (where i regularly eat/buy my stuff) and so on. At my workplace basically everyone knows me when i go for lunch, and with some a pretty close friendship has been developed.

So. Just stop thinking so complicated, those girls are just simple girls and they are exactly the same amount of open or closed to your approach as any other girl would, with the exception that they actually have to take their time for a few words with you, which makes them even more open to at least hear you out.
