Hey guys
This girl I'm currently dating was (is, hopefully) very into me and excited to go out with me. I am young, and these have been my first real dates, so that's a good start.
We just had our 2nd date, and I feel like I'm getting nowhere. I tell myself hold hands, but don't do it because it never feels right. I tell myself hug her to greet, but don't do it because "im at her house and her family, whom I don't know well, may see". Basically just a ton of B.S. stopping me from building kino.
We converse well together, and there are little/no awkward silences. We talk about family, things we've done, the whole F.O.R.D. But I can't seem to get this girl cracking up till when I was driving her home after our date today. I joked about something she did when she was younger and it was the first time she had genuinely seemed engaged in one of my jokes. Maybe I'm not funny to her? All my friends laugh with me all the time but she's a hard one to crack.
But enough with the story telling. I'm here hoping someone can give me advice, or direct me to something worth reading that can do that instead. I need to know how to get her more interested than she already is, she always says "we'll do this again soon" or similar at the end of our dates, which is good.
How do you gauge when each stage of kino is ready to be advanced to? How do you get her more engaged in what you say?
Thanks everyone.
