Tried asking a girl out a few times she always said she was quite busy this week and then I put the ball in her court then she messaged me this. Any thoughts

She’s not interested in you. Find a new girl, then try again in like a month with the first girl. If she doesn’t hang out with you, then keep trying with other girls. After the second time is usually when I don’t try and let them come to me or just move on. Too many women out there to be worried about one. Good luck mate.

Just want to contribute an experience I had that was very similar. There was a girl I liked and I got her number. I texted her her now and then for ~4 months asking to hand out, i.e. 'wanna grab lunch?', 'I'm headed to the mall, want to come?', etc. She always had an excuse but I didn't get disheartened and in the meantime I talked and went on dates with other girls. One night I was coming back from a trip late at night, ~11 30PM and I didn't feel like heading straight home so I took my chance and shot her a text something like 'hey random question, but would you like to grab a drink right now?'. To my surprised she actually came out to meet me, we had a drink and chatted. Within a week we were dating.

What I learned from this experience is that you should be persistent but not obsessive over a girl you are interested in. In the meantime explore other opportunities and enjoy life. Every couple weeks text her to meet up, and see what happens.
