Are your conversations with your friends boring too?

Are you opening confidently and do you get her full attention?

Do you compliment her?

Do you stimulate conversation by getting her talking about herself?

Do you playfully tease her?

Do you kino escalate?

Do you try to close?

It sounds like you aren't doing any of these things, it sounds like you aren't confident and that you aren't taking risks.

Focus on improving your communication skills everyday. Focus on physical fitness. Keep it simple. Just focus on those two things to get started so you don't become overwhelmed.
