So I've searched a bit on this site and I can't find that much on approaching a girl that is wearing headphones or appears to be talking at the same time. I saw an attractive girl about 15 feet from me horizontally walking the other way. We made brief eye contact when I realized that she had headphones on and maybe was on the phone which made chasing after her and approaching her a non starter.

In he future, how can you approach in these cases knowing it's more complex than a usual approach?
