It's really hard to tell unless you pushed some boundaries. Particularly in work places some girls like to be real flirty and just joking about some sexual shit like you explained could be completely platonic. I've also been friends with plenty of girls who will do the whole "omg we should totally hang out more" whenever I see them but are impossible to actually make plans with so I don't think that's a sign either. I think the lesson for the future is that these definitely aren't negative signs and if it's a girl you're actually interested in, try to escalate through kino and increasing sexual tension (more direct sexual comments etc).
