Probably just wants attention. Some chicks are very comfortable being naked, or sharing sex tapes with strangers. It gets them excited. She may be married or in a relationship, but it turns her on that someone is getting aroused looking at her. She might have lied about her location, to try and reel you in, or she is single but her job is selling photos and videos through snap and she doesn't like to meet people via the app.
