A couple of weeks back I got a girl's number, talked for a couple of days. Told her to meet which she agreed on. When I came with specifics (day/time etc) she says she can't that day. Told her no problem and to let me know which day suits her better. She then says definitely and apologizes for not being able to come.

I haven't replied to that and also haven't texted her since then. I first would like to know if that's a good thing? Did I need to keep talking to her after that to keep any interest alive?

Also this is usually the case when I just have spoken to a girl for just a couple of days and i haven't been on a date with them yet. It seems like I'm the one that should start a convo. When it starts it goes well but mostly after dates they start texting first themselves and get more comfortable i guess.

Should I contact this girl again? The reason I'm asking is because the ball is at her court. Anyone experienced a similar case and/or would know what's good to say in a situation like this?
