It doesn’t matter what you reply with just that you do reply. Just think of something funny/stupid...something to get the ball rolling. Also I will not tell you what to say because that’s what got you here in the first place. Use your brain, this isn’t rocket science.

Don’t use stuff you found on the internet in the future if you can’t even think of something to reply with.
I would probably go with something like “Trust me, I can just tell” and then carry on the convo normally
