I don't want to find another job because I like this one so much and I love working for her. I never want to work for anyone else. Even if things didn't work out, I feel I'd still love her and love working for her.

"If things don't work out" this may turn out to be a very miserable place to work, if you're able to keep your job at all. I don't know if you're here in the States, but there's been tons of litigation here regarding harassment, disparate treatment, unlawful dismissal, etc., emanating from workplace affairs. Even if your boss likes you, she has too many good reasons to not be romantically involved with you. Letting her know you have these feelings may well make you a workplace liability and could lead to you losing a job you really love. It sucks, but what you're considering has more potential downsides than upsides.

Our sexual harassment policy is for "Unwanted sexual solicitation" or whatever. They basically allow it as long as both parties agree. I think she really likes me too and I don't think she would ever hurt me, especially for liking her. I think she has some feelings for me too from the way she treats me, I don't think she would hurt me that way.
Also, she's my boss, and I'm a younger guy. This is a much less likely chance of a sexual harassment lawsuit as I would never pursue such a thing, especially if it was mutual.
I see you are thinking logical, but I have really strong feelings for her for some reason. Maybe I shouldn't say it, but I feel like I should. She might be able to read it from my body language etc.

I don't understand what you mean exactly. I've seen people have successful relationships working together and I guess worst case scenario I would lose my job, but seems so hard to find someone that makes you feel good.
