I have the exact same problem. I just avoid my own friends now. Im too embarrassed to even be around them. I don't think I can go near them again unless I can get a girlfriend and finally fit in and be respected.

It’s super embarrassing that I suck with women around my friends who all have girlfriends or girls who are just friends.

Look, you can't compare yourself to others. I mean, it's natural to do so, but at the end of the day, THEY are different people from YOU. What they want is going to differ from what you want.

So it doesn't matter as much as you think, that they have GFs. Plus, if they aren't very self-aware and/or have created unhealthy relationships for themselves, then they're actually in a worse position than you, as a single guy.

I ask some of my buddies for help and they know I struggle with women just thinking about it makes me embarrassing even though I try. I feel like they make fun of me in there own mind, when I hangout with them and there Gf i feel like a total loser.

This isn't something they can solve for you because you have to take your own actions.

And when you socialize as a third wheel, you're so wrapped up in yourself and beating yourself up, that you're throwing away good data you could be gathering on how he's treating his GF and how the whole relationship dynamic works.

What does your social life look like? What do you do socially when you get out of the house?

And what do you do, besides hang out with these friends who have GFs?
