I did the same at that age. Let him be a teenager. Coding is way more interesting than club sluts anyway.

If you want to do something for him, bring him to the gym with you. If he refuses there is nothing you can do.

get of his back, you barely broke into adulthood yourself. Stop projecting . If you are capable of having a honest conversation give him a peak into the red pill narative. But otherwise, let him have his journey, you can't carry him.(well you can but it would make it pointless as the destination is not the point)

Just get him to start lifting. He's still young, he has a lot of time to improve everything else. But, if you get him to start lifting, he will see improvement in every part of his life. Just go with him to the gym for 30 ish days and it will become a routine for him.
