A girl telling you “maybe” or “we’ll see” usually means she doesn’t view seeing you as the best option to spend her time and keeps you as a backup plan because she senses you’ll wait around for her. A girl who interested will make it easy for you guys to get together.

How I reply depends on how interested I feel she is. If I feel like she really isn’t that interested, I just ignore her. If I feel she’s somewhat interested, I cancel the invitation then hit her up a week or two later to make plans. Don’t reschedule immediately.

It’s important that you don’t come across as needy or bummed out about it. “Okay, let’s just meet up another time when you’re more sure of your schedule” works for me most of the time if I judged her interest level correctly. This shows that you value your time and you’re not going to wait around for her.

If they can't give a firm answer I think it's a green light to invite someone else.

"Oh I didn't know u were coming" I think it's fair.
