How did you accomplish this? My confidence is so-so, although it isn’t the best with girls.

I think my personality is amazing, although I’m not the best looking.

I have friends but no best friend and I’m craving connection so a girl fills a lot of needs for me and I get focused in it and my lack of success.

Advice is appreciated.
