Be emotionally impactful unapologetically and own your own reality, no matter what it is. See your attraction in terms of the emotional impact you're capable of making on women (the role you can play in their life emotionally). You don't have to be reasonable as long as you have emotional reasons for your actions that you articulate clearly, conveying the emotional truth of them. They have to respect thats how you FEEL whether its reasonable or not.

Hey. I have. And I have a Facebook group where we discuss the importance of self love and emotional impact on others as dominance. A lot of world class coaches focus on DHV (demonstrating value), story telling, sexual escalation ladders and other "game" techniques. I teach men to have a powerful emotional reality and own their sexuality. By owning their reality so powerfully, they are naturally polarizing (good) and actually showing their boundaries. When someone encounters a powerful reality, t…

Hey! One thing you’ll notice as you gain self acceptance and success with women is the ability to see them, their fear, their heart, their sexual energies. Awareness of these dynamics will dictate what parts of yourself you allow them to see. You will always get better results being authentic. If you have questions let me know

I like these 4 pillars. The right mindset helps us frame and execute; beliefs give us the confidence; the emotional state creates the compelling energy for the woman; game is sealing the deal

It’s not about comparison it’s about finding your capacity. So someone’s objective limits are what they are; mindsets of abundance and assuming attraction approach optimal; thus beliefs are key, not objective reality (the hard ceiling limit of which isn’t changeable)

Chad is a stupid word filled with limiting beliefs. You should revisit your own limiting beliefs; you're espousing poison in the guise of beneficial "let's get real" certainties and assessments. I don't see the utility in your beliefs because, even if true, its so fatalistic.

A lot more of our reality is delusion, even mild delusion; mildly optimistic self delusion is actually healthy and leads to greater life expectancy and fulfillment; being slightly irrationally optimistic is therefore rational.

I disagree with this but not entirely. The thing is, once we create perceptual awareness, autistic folks can learn behaviors that are tremendously valuable without feeling FULL empathy. It's a myth autistic folks don't feel any empathy - and social pizazz can be a skill. I'm considering interviewing several autistic men for my podcast to have discussions with them on this very subject.

Brother, you're arguing over which side of a coin to choose when the coin is made up. Who agreed those standards have value or merit? Secondly, being slightly irrationally optimistic is tied to long term success and fulfillment and happiness. Depression can be called momentary accurate self assessment, because it can be thought of as taking stock of the misery of a moment and believing it is permanent, enduring, and deserved. It isn't. Change your behaviors, change your orientations, and your fe…

Remember, we aren't fighting to compare ourselves to others, we are working to maximize our own capacity.
/r/seduction27/11/18 05:12 PM

Assuming you are attractive and desirable will maximize whatever your momentary "potential partners" are; there are ways to expand potential partners over time, i.e. exercise, grooming... but there are also optimal ways given what our current reality is. The mental paradigms I am providing will help you maximize your odds regardless of what they are. If it goes from .5% to 3%, and you open 100 women a week, that's still a huge improvement in your dating life.

I've seen him say it to servers. They will be taking our order and he will say it and they will smile really big and be really engaged by it. I have seen him walk over to a woman and open her by looking at her and smiling and she smiles back and he says, Oh, i dont want to sound weird, but you've got really pretty teeth. I'm not saying its optimal, he just genuinely likes their pretty teeth! He says it like "he's really into it" but he's not sucking up or kissing ass, just that he's admiring it.

Exactly! I've had 4 women at my house all there just to be with me, none of whom knew each other before hand. They all got along great and we all had a great time. I talk about this on my podcast all the time: if it's your reality, others can accept it, or leave. It's not hostile, you want them there, you want them to be a part of it, but it is a hard line. If they are going to be here, they are taking responsibility for their choice and happy to be there. No drama!

I love the idea that fear becomes our fuel and our guide instead of our limit! I also think the way you describe finding "worthless" fears and discarding them is very important, because there is usually one of two "fear" paradigms in guys: avoidance or suppression, as you note. "You’ll notice a more stable permanent sense of confidence, while mistakes will stop feeling like a threat to your self-worth" -- agree. To me you're writing about a very important part of self-acceptance and finding self…

Comfort is built very easily by being authentic which women interpret as trustworthy. These concepts, while easy to understand intellectually, are rather challenging for beginners to appreciate. If I said attraction > comfort it doesn't really say much, despite being true. It is 100% worth it. I am far from the best immersion coach out there. I'd go with Social Prime or Ultimate Man Project (a podcast of a UMP student is up on the group if you're interested!). I always say, it is expensive, and still way underpriced. You're learning life changing skills, its really a no brainer. Here is a 3 month post boot camp review from my recent student (the full review is on my Facebook group). ...it was definitely a life-changing experience, and I know that Thomas's coachi…

Disqualifying her for her age and then telling her you're too old for her before leaning in and telling her all kinds of sexual things you'd do to her before pulling is a common tactic of Pierre De Sousa. He regularly says he wishes he were 10 years older, and will actually lie to women about how old he is. He wanted to say 42 but they wouldn't believe it so he says 38.

Awesome! I hope this catches you in time. The best tips on the first date is don't try to put on a front or be overly impressive to the girl. The truth is, if she shows up for the date, she is really into you. Women tell me all the time, if they show up on a date, they like the guy. The guy only hurts himself by trying to win them over after he's already "won". Simply assume you're attractive and she is attracted. Don't force conversation topics. Make sure to discuss a bit of "real" things, try …

This is the kind of idea that, even if somehow it could be measured, I can't see an upside to believing it. Mark has some excellent points. As with all of us, however, there are many other ideas that may be interesting thought experiments but are otherwise not worth believing.

For crushing validation needs, jump into the magical world of loving yourself, having acceptance, and building self belief. Admittedly I'm biased, username checks out and all that. I advise communicating your situation to the woman in your relationship. You will be surprised what women will accept when you're honest. Furthermore, they deserve your honesty. Lastly, the initial frame is hard to break, so if you framed it as monogamous exclusive we are soulmates type of thing, it's probably going t…

I always had a sweet spot for playfully flipping things on women and misinterpreting them (but I disagree with your premise that it shouldn't be sexual). I just fundamentally disagree that most phases of a male female interaction aren't sexual if done right.

Don't worry about being good at the actual fucking. Learn about eating women out, the A spot, and other fingering techniques. I wrote this as a post, but I recommend you read it, especially the funnel at the end. The important thing to understand is you are likely avoiding LOTS of things because of anxiety that you don't even realize. I would catalog a list of behaviors you avoid and systematically expose yourself to those anxieties by engaging in those behaviors. For example, years ago I used to not…

Exposure therapy is great and cold approach will help you realize social situations are not dangerous. But I would really encourage you to attempt a mindset shift. Expectations are inversely related to serenity, as they say in the recovery community. You're on a process of self improvement. That's exciting. Importantly, stress is mitigated heavily by refusing to avoid things because of anxiety and instead doing them, systematically. Make a list of anxieties and behaviors you avoid and do them. L…

Brother, the NUMBER of women you sleep with is irrelevant. Your ability to connect with them through showing vulnerability, being authentic, and having a sexual energy are what will matter. You seduce multiple women the same way you seduce one woman. Simple as that. I've had over 50 threesome+ in my life. I lost my virginity to a threesome. I actually would invite two strangers off of tinder to a date with me at the same time and try to close both. The underlying assumption that someone is "rejected" when they approach a stranger and do not continue to interact is weak minded. You weren't offering her anything. You were giving her a chance to get to know you. If she declines that chance it is objectively her loss. Even if she is happy in her interactions with others, by all measures she has LOST OUT ON the chance to interact with you. That is not rejection.

There are so many reasons for this. A man who has sex every day is at ease. When I am single I regularly sleep with three women a day (all aware of one another). While it always feels natural to me, I do notice that with each woman I am with that day it feels even more effortless and natural.

Question 1: If you're being honest, how do you believe the interaction SHOULD go?You're nervous and suppressing yourself. I have had several clients who keep themselves suppressed because they are guarding themselves from feeling rejected and they don't realize they are also suppressing their emotions toward others. Values, boundaries, and self belief are a big part of "owning your life" and a big part of self care, which is a functionally inseparable piece of the self love puzzle.
/r/seduction10/11/18 08:17 PM

Disagree about most of the guys here. I also don't believe indiscriminate self love is self love. If you really love yourself you don't want character defects because that isn't self care and avoiding self harm, and that isn't going to help you have true acceptance. I'm not trying to play a word game here. There is a functional difference between self love and narcissism which is an excessive polluted self esteem.

Who is responsible for your beliefs? Who and who alone has control over what you choose to believe? Who gives you the conclusions you are drawing? You. Self love is often very much an acceptance and a surrender. It is a humility, and not of the ego. You might love yourself and also just be a narcissist :)

Self love necessarily includes self care and avoiding self harm. Pursuing happiness in a healthy way and health in a happy way. We can desire to grow and improve and still love ourselves for how we are exactly in this moment. The implicit premise of this as you perceive it :) my premise is that blithe excuses for misdeed and fault isn’t self love.

Most top guys don't see boyfriends as a barrier for any logistical reason, only their own ethical reasons. I can link you to men in the community that have absolutely lethal and unfair "boyfriend" game. This is a limiting belief for you that it's a barrier. The real barrier is whether she is fully emotionally content AND can resist the short term mating strategy attractiveness of a truly desirable man. In a very real way, for MANY people, loving their partner doesn't mean that is the ONLY man or…

I'm pretty sure your sticking points come from a lack of self love and belief in yourself rather than a tendency to associate your reality with conclusions based on a compulsive need to think and form conclusions for the sake of feeling certain or sure. Agree that being present is huge. But if you have fundamental beliefs in your inadequacy being present won't entirely alleviate your unconscious limiting beliefs.

So many things went wrong before this comment. The comment isn't your problem it's the build up. That being said, "I won't apologize for being a man and having interest in a woman. I also won't apologize for being protective and keeping you warm. I know plenty of guys that are scared to touch a woman, I can introduce you to them if you want. [cheeky, amused]. Be a hardcore motherfucking gentleman not a "dancing monkey" try hard. You aren't trying too hard for her. You're trying too hard because you feel like something is missing inside you. Let me tell you something. The woman is lucky to be with you. She wants good sex. If she shows interest, she has considered you as someone capable of giving her that. She wants it bad. Generally speaking, women are far more sex starved than men because sex for them is typically awful. But you just know in your hea…

Same game works everywhere. Logistics only matter when a woman's potential "awkwardness" invades your sense of calm, grounded purpose. Women that are sufficiently aroused will have a "spontaneous" moment anywhere. Believe in your ability to have fun with her and that she wants sex, and try to make it comfortable. But women can be comfortable in rooms full of people (as I well know from experiences too numerous to name). I've literally forgotten more group/public sex than most men will have. Wome…

Listen there is no such thing as "chances". Your life is going to be awesome with or without her. She can join or not. There is a concept called date stacking that you might not be familiar with. I would never have a period of time that I wanted company from a woman set aside for only one woman. I'd book two three even four women for a time (especially on certain nights). The one I want to spend time the most with will get priority (unless there are exceptional reasons not to). Move the others t…

You are in control of the single most important thing in this world: your beliefs. Right now I'm going to tell you something crazy: you're probably both egotistical and a pussy. And you lack real confidence. A man that believes in himself doesn't condition his sense of self worth on the reception of a stranger, even if she does have lovely fat hanging from her chest and great curves... Let's talk about responsibility for your beliefs. Can anyone believe anything for you? Of course not. And can y…

It's not luck. This will sound tough but consider this: How attractive we are depends on our belief in our attractiveness. Is there such a thing as an intimidating woman? Nope. There is just a woman. You psyched yourself out not her. You got nervous and spastic. You felt like you wanted to be wanted more than you focused on being fully present and having a positive interaction. You, in short, beat yourself, when all she probably wanted was to meet a powerful, dynamic man to enjoy. Be hardcore. I…

I have sweaty hands too brother. Own what you are. Here's the deal. If you aren't able to effectively understand space around a woman you aren't able to effectively communicate with her. Space includes physical touch. I get this shit out of the way fast. Hug when meeting. Open the door for the woman. Lead her to a chair. Pull out the chair for her "like a gentleman". Lead her to the bar. I'm physically gentle but communicate I'm comfortable touching. I use tons of screening text lines to make su…

If you operationally orient to a woman through her words you're going to regret it. Orient to them based on their emotions. YOU use words to emotionally impact her. Don't allow her words to emotionally impact you. Look for her actions. She will give you emotional energy cues. You can literally read a woman by her limbic responses. If I told you by extending self awareness and empathy to women you would actually be able to read them almost perfectly, would that surprise you? Does it surprise you …

You accepting this as rejection shows a fundamental limiting belief and possibly red flag supplicating behavior internally. She missed out on interacting with you further. You're the prize and if you aren't the prize you weren't going to have an awesome interaction with her anyway. And if you aren't the prize you better damn sure be working on that instead of worrying over how to quantify the girl you're talking to deciding whether or not to give a phone number :)
/r/seduction10/11/18 02:07 PM

I always teach students to not see any outcome with a woman they are meeting or getting to know as rejection. She doesn't know you at all. What she is deciding is to not continue an interaction further. This is a reflection of her emotional sense of compatibility. She can't know anywhere close to enough about you to reject you. Even her emotional sense of your compatibility is going to depend on where she is in her hormonal cycle, your own sub communications, whether she is happy with her boyfri…

The fact that her comment made you a bit confused is something I'd look at. I would really STOP worrying about her comment and instead worry about what mechanism inside yourself could hear "damn u eat so fast" and be confused. You were eating quickly. Own your behavior and own yourself. You were hungry, the food tasted good, you ate the food. You had a feeling, a desire, and the ability to act on it. And you did. The moral here isn't "keep going and don't give up" its that this wasn't even a rejection. She doesn't know you in any kind of deep or intimate way. Own your feelings. You took a swing and had an interest. As a man you don't have to apologize for having an interest. Just don't be weird about it now, and don't try to force the interactions to continue. She missed out by not going on a date with you (as presumably you've developed yourself emotionally to have self awareness and be impactful on the…

Not letting your identity be dependent on her perception is not the same as not caring what she thinks. Connection with women is a kind of caring. You might not “care” if she chooses to judge you but... consider this analogy: you can go up to a woman and say she’s fat (and be honest) but why would you do it? Not all honesty is compassionate or socially skillful. I always tell the women I’m with I’m dating multiple women. That doesn’t mean I go into graphic detail (although I may).

Sex on the first date is the norm. I close 96% of dates I bring home, and my buddy (and PUA legend) David Swift has a 100% close rate. I also end up pulling over 80% of my actual dates, often within less than 1 hour. I realize this isn't actionable advice, but it does answer the question of how far to escalate. For flirting with a man: complimenting him, laughing at his jokes, light touching, being close to him physically, smiling, saying how he is making you FEEL, are all ways to built rapport and create interest. You'd be surprised how just being strong, self secure, and kind in high school will make you really stand out. I mean this works for grown ass men as well, but in high school where everyone else is awkward as fuck or overcompensating or not quite used to themselves because still discovering themselves, just having a simple set of values and boundaries will help a lot. I always tell guys to read the Depression Cure, study some ACT therapy, and start systematically exposing themselves to situations that make them anxious. Stop avoiding your anxieties. It's making you more anxious. Exercise. Meditate. Gain self awareness. Learn to love yourself. Talk to strangers in a non-sexual context first. We just had a post in my group about this. Often it is more dangerous to work with emotionally unstable and hurt individuals without an inordinate amount of necessity and skill. If it isn't neccessary, why do it? If a desire to help is your value, then are you actually helping? While it can be rewarding to watch a partner overcome their substance abuse issues, for example, you're setting yourself up for a ride that isn't needed. Awesome post man. Agree with all of this. EDIT: I want to just elaborate a bit on the part about "need". Agree that NEEDING others to make the night good is mad. But some people take not being needy to far. I am actually comfortable saying I have sexual and emotional needs. I want to get them met the same way I need food to address my hunger. I see talking to women as an expression of self care, and getting my needs met. Being needy to a particular female is the worst, but owning to ourselves we…

It's always surprising to me how few men take responsibility for their beliefs. They would rather allow things to happen to them than see it as happening for them. I can't imagine a worse prison than the one I'd put on myself by believing negative things are "truth" when, in a fundamental way, we must make our own meanings.

Besides the fact you are being a BIT needy, let's just re-orient your perspective. You're the prize. She is lucky to have met you. You know you have more fun emotional experiences for her to enjoy. If she decides not to do so, it is by all objective measures her loss. You don't need a response from her, though you may enjoy one. With this frame in mind, we can say that to make her most lucky is probably to hear from you, and to start with a comment from the other night. "Remind me to tell you a …

Look, being honest with women about your interest in social dynamics + sharing some insight and cold read can be very attractive. Saying specifically I'm a PUA here is the techniques I use here is why etc. sounds like an uncalibrated socially awkward thing. Yes you should, but you really need to make the approaches meaningful. Intelligent action is 100x better than spam action without calibration. You need to be spending a LOT of time on self awareness, emotional growth, and understanding what is attractive from a woman's perspective. Also, I'd really recommend doing approaches that are designed to make the woman's day better, rather than get a number, until you get a sense of where the woman is at emotionally and start to develop a better understa…

Psychology today published a bunch of studies actually saying there is wisdom in most of the "conventional wisdom" of the PUA community. I've seen guys use google translate to fill an entire interaction. Don't fall into the trap of thinking it has to end because of a language barrier when a TON of attraction is non-verbal. Believe in yourself, assume you're attractive, and show a controlled, sexual intent (man to woman energy, not friend to friend). By the way, congratulations, these steps are huge.

In writing about self love for a while now, I've found that a huge issue with guys is "boundaries". There is skill in knowing what is acceptable treatment from others, communicating it, and enforcing it. It's a three step process really. Without insight into what is acceptable, we cannot communicate it. Without communicating it (not always verbally), we are not able to enforce it coherently and be respected for our enforcement. Without enforcement, our insight and communication did little work. …
