Idk your skill level but I suggest working on small parts of game every time you go out (ie. Push-pull, opening, storytelling, physical escalation, etc.)
If you focus too much on game as a whole then it might be overwhelming. I feel like self-reflection and analysis is the most important thing for you to improve
