Do you see them repeatedly? If so play social game, just be nice and occasionally flirt and be genuinely interesting, repeat 3-4 times later and you can extend the talk for few more minutes then yada yada.

If you only see them once and never again then go "2 minutes before I go, what's your name.." learn to close within few minutes, rate of success is low but since you not seeing them again there's nothing to lose.

You have one the best jobs to meet women. I used to work at a call center. It had a high turn over rate, so girls would come and go constantly. I LOVED it!! You should work on your conversation skills outside of work because you will make mistake as you work on your game. The best way to establish a connection is by navigating the conversation. Timing is everything when your trying to connect with someone. By definition, when you can converse, you are attractive to others, have a certain charm about you and have the ability to influence the people around you.

p.s. #2 You can actually run some jokes involving them receiving packages. For example when she says "gosh I cant find my wallet" you can say "that's how a lot of adult movies start you know" :D and give her a big smile indicating that you are joking then quickly say "Oh no you are really not my type" (thats a neg right there). Timing is everything. I imagine you have plenty of opportunities to practice. Don't be bothered by failures. They will come in dozens. Thats how you learn
